Our story
In the oldest alley of Olbia
“Sa carrera ezza” means, in Sardinian, the old street. It is here, among the stones of the old town and the blue tablecloths facing the alley, that Donna Carla brings the island’s tradition to the table.
Ingredients chosen every day, family recipes, fish from the gulf and inland flavours. Honest cooking, made of time and hands, to be enjoyed under the arches or outdoors.
